Hi to all.

My fiancee & i registered lastnight & have already been helped out so this is working out well already!

Im 27 & im a building contractor & my fiancee is 32 & shes an osteopath.

Recently we bought a 1986 ABI marauder 450ct off ebay for £360, including an awning, now this could of really backfired but since the guy was local to us & had good feedback it was worth a chance.

Glad to say it worked out fine (so far). Its good for us as its a 4 birth so we have plenty of room & as i tow it with a Rover 620 diesel it comes in at a 67% tow match so it sits nicely behind.

Towing is'nt new to me as i passed my test after 97' & had to do a seperate trailer licence which luckily my old company paid for as i towed mini diggers at work.

My father & sister have had a few vans in past years so caravaning is'nt too new either but its always fun growing up & doing it for yourselfs, as for my fiancee, well its all new to her & the look on her face is priceless sometimes.

Well thats all for now i think.

Greg & Claire

Greg, I hope it is a 4 berth and not a 4 birth as it will soon be too small for you! Great to see some young caravanners.

Welcome Greg & Claire to the wonderful world of caravans as youve already noted there are a lot of very helpful people on the forum, best of luck luke
