Hi all, I'm Jim
Just last year my wife and I bought a 1991 sprite alpine to try out caravaning with our young son, I spent many happy caravan holidays when I was young with my parents and sisters in an old Europa so I was keen to go again!

After restoring the alpine a bit (including dreaded damp /stripped walls/ new insulation /reboarded etc) and generally upgrading it we got away for a weekend ladt year and now preparing again for the season.

I've got many questions about more caravan stuff, and I'm an electrician by trade if anyone needs help on that front!

I did buy the caravan as a bit of a project but not as much of a project as it turned out to be! Such is the way these things go

I'm glad to keep our old alpine going though
