Hiring a towing vehicle?

Our friends have a twin axle van which they towed with a Shogun. They've now sold the Shogun for something a little smaller (and cheaper to run!)but don't want to give up the odd caravan holiday. Are there companies that will hire out a 4x4 or similar so they can get away with the van?

Hi Ron

When we broke down in Italy last summer Caravan Club Red Pennant provided us with hire tow cars to get us to Calais and then sent over a Landrover Disco from Ton Hire who are based in Kent. They do hire cars with towbars
