We are getting a new 'van soon and will have to get a new hitchloch to suit the AlKo AKS 3004 stabiliser. The Purpleline Saracen is nearly half the price of the AlKo lock. Is there that much difference in them?

Not sure but providing they are both "sold secure gold " rated and your insurers approve I can't any problem.
