Hooks

We bought some stick on hooks from B&Q as there aren't any places to hang coats etc. They where the sticky pad variety and fell off. I vaguely remember in the distant passed you could get hooks with glue on you just wet, are these still available? or has anyone a clever way to put hooks in the shower area.

Depends what sort of shower you have, we have a circular type and had a telescopic pole that stretches across the top. We then put wet towels to dry on clip type coat hangers.

Personally, I wouldn't glue any thing to the walls, particularly as a plastic hook could snap off anyway, leaving an ugly stump behind.

Whilst in a big German DIY type place picked up a couple of rather clever suction pad hooks which are fine for hanging a shower gel on or whatever.Perhaps someone has seen them for sale here ?

Boyes - if you have one near - sell a suction hook that activates as you swing the hook part forward. ( They also sell mothballs, if you use them as a mouse deterrent, which are sometimes hard to find.)
