How do I paste TO this site?

I have tried a search but it is either me or it doesent speak Norfolk.

It is east to copy from the site but I do not seem to be able to paste to it.

Hi-light text, click copy. And then click paste in the sites text box ;-)

On the Submit message window if I try to paste data that has been copied from elsewere as soon as I clic on edit the post message disapears and so I am unable to paste. I am computer literate and have been cutting and pasting for years on all types of site.This is the only one that I cannot paste to.

copy form other site then right click on submit page then paste
