How long does it take?

Greetings All,

Reported a fault on my 'van to the dealer in the first week of June.

Right they said, Leave it with us.

Rang back four weeks later and I got the distict impression that the answerer of my first call had used the piece of paper containing my warrenty claim in the smallest room.

They said not but they needed all my details once again (despite having the latest warranty claims computerised system)

Before they give me a load of waffle when eventually they ring me back, (They never answer the phone in the afternoon)

Can anyone tell me when and if Swift are on their factory closedown and when they are likely to reopen?

We are currently on Summer Shutdown, and will not be back in the office until Monday 17th August.

However, we do have limited support staff in the office, depending on the urgency of the issue. Some warranty related items are also being dispatched over this period.

Thanks for your prompt response.

As previously mentioned, said dealers did not respond to my message and I will NOT be holding my breath for their reply on Monday, Tuesday Wed!!!!!!!! etc
