My Autoroute, set for my preferences, gives 189 miles 3 hours 32 mins driving time - allow at least 15 minutes every 2 hours for breaks to avoid tiredness.
I would say about 5 hours, husband drives hgv and from swansea to tiverton takes three hours and swansea to haverford west takes approx 2 hours, so add them together and get 5 hours comfortable.
