How not to negotiate a flooded road

I suspect that the engine ingested water ... which can be terminal.

Had the plods not been in such a hurry, would they have arrested the guys with the camera? On what charges? This brings back memories of Constable Savage on Not The Nine O'Clock News (who arrested Mr Winston Kadogo on charges such as "wearing a loud shirt in a built up area", "being in possession of an offensive wife" and "looking at me in a funny way".

So for the wet plods, how about:

Looking at me in an amused manner.

Laughing at a police vehicle whilst its siren was sounding.

Taking my picture without written permission.

Being in possession of wellies in a non-agriculatural area.

Etc etc
