How to avoid the Waste Water Run ?!

The best setup I've seen was rigid pipe connected to the waste outlets, passing through the handles of several of those dog corkscrew things screwed in to various depths to create a suitable fall for the pipe.

Don't you just love the ingenuity of it all! What with the waste problem solved, a plethora of levelling ideas, and gadgets to stop your shoes getting wet at the water tap, is there anything left to solve?
