I have a 2007 Elddis Odyssey 544 and am looking for a replacement A frame cover. Can anyone advise please and thanks

It's not quite clear whether you meant a hitch cover which you use on site or the fairing for the A frame which is part of the caravan.
 
If you Google caravan breakers you will navigate to several firms that sell used caravan spares in various parts of the country.
Most of them do mail order.
