I don't understand PCV moderation. Offensive personal attacks are freqently allowed but expressing genuinely held beliefs get suppressed.

Firstly, Mods are not full time employees of Haymarket, and actually do have lives to lead, as well as moderating the forum when they can.

As far as I am aware, and as soon as offensive comments are posted, they are removed, maybe not immediately, but as soon as a Mod sees them.

Genuinely held beliefs are just that,,,,,beliefs, and may or may not be actual fact or able to be substantiated, and Haymarket have taken the view that unsubstantiated postings which name individual companies or sites in a derogatory manner may not be left on the forum.

As an old saying goes,"You can please all of the people some of the time, some the people all the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time".
 
If the work load is too much for you fine Mods, let me offer you my assistance. I will be fair, just and totally unbiased.

Except in Towcars, but nobody is perfect....

Vote me into the position of senior mod, and my first job will be to give all moderators a 200% raise.
