Has anyone got any experience of this Insurer

I've just done an online quote via Cover4Caravans website and this is one of the quoted options but I've never heard of them.

Hi - we have had our caravan insured with them for the last 2 years. Bought the insurance through a broker called Ceta Insurance but they go under the heading of www.insuremycaravan.co.uk have had no problems so far however haven't had to use them for a claim. Our caravan is stored in a barn on a farm so some insurers wouldn't give us a quote but IGI were fine about it. They are reasonably priced too.

We are insured with IGI and have been for the last god knows how many years, we had one claim where the caravan was written off by a horsebox coming from behind to close and taking the back corner off the caravan - which was brand new and on its first outing.

IGI were brilliant, extremely helpful and our claim was resolved very quickly. I don't know how they compare in price to everyone else, i have always stuck with them.

Hi

We have been insured with them for 13 years through Shield Insurance. Admittedly we have never had to make a claim but we had an older van and they were very good. The price was good and they rang me direct to review the details of items and costs to ensure we weren't paying more than we needed. Only thing we didn't like was they added a % for DD when most people give a discount. We just paid in one go then.
