Inaca awning spares?

Does anyone know where I can get spares for an Inaca awning? - don't know the model, it was bought used. it looks reasonably new and similar to the 'sands' current model.

The bits I need are for the ends of the canopy poles and I think they will be a grey plastic with hole in. there were no instructions with the awning. The awning itself if fine, and works OK without these bits but the front canopy is droopy without the poles in place.
I have looked on ebay, Inaca's website and discover leisure.

Discover {the old Barrons) were the sole inporters of inica awnings try them ,good luck

Will have a trip out to York over the weekend, and try Discover. I have had a look on there website and can't find any spares but they mayhave some in store.
