Whilst a pre owned caravan may come with its service booked stamped, make sure it also has its service invoices too. In the case of Swift these service invoices will have to have been uploaded to Swift’s database fir that caravan in order to maintain and transfer its warranty. Mine had a fully stamped book but not all services had been uploaded to Swift. It took quite a while to track down the dealerships and obtain redacted copies which Swift accepted. Not sure what Bailey Eldiss and Coachman do.
When we had water ingress on the last caravan we did have to produce the invoices for the servicing although they did not need to be downloaded as with Swift. The service book can be easily faked so the invoices are probably more valuable but even then could be fake.

I think that must be why Swift want them uploaded to their database. Normally they should be uploaded by the service center straight after the service has been paid. It’s so much easier with cars where any servicing done under warranty can generally be uploaded directly by main dealers or approved independents. Neither of our cars have a service book for stamping all the book does is detail the various services required for each car in that model range.
