Instaling water heater

Hi, is it possible to instal a water heater i dont have one at the moment i dont have a on board water tank,gas or electric would do,i have a 1986 swift danette,i would like any help on this topic.
 
A copy of "the Caravan Manual" from Haynes available from Halfords would be my first move.

If your self installing its ok but if like us and dealer fitted check out where its going to be placed..ours (only 240v electric/non gas) sits in the very middle of an underbed box making the storage space useless
 
Hi The Truma Therme is very easy to install and comes with all instructions. You can also heat the water with this appliance by running your blow air heating pipes through it if you have blow air heating, otherwise only operates off electric.
 
The Truma Therme is not very pratical as it only holds 5 litres and at 300watts takes forever to re-heat.

I changed mine for a Truma Elektroboiler, 14 litre capacity, 230vac, 850 watts, a much better proposition and very easy to install.
