Hi Peeps.

I now have to do the trawl of finding buildings and contents Ins now we'll have our house on Monday.

Tried a few anyone got any good companies/buys or how to get the quotes down a bit?
 
If you have exchanged contracts then you should have the building insured NOW!

Not many people realise that the sellers insurance does not have to pay out after exchange of contracts.

My advice - get it insured today! pay premiums monthly then renogotiate/rebroke at your liesure once you are in.
