Is it necessary

I've just received a reminder for my subscription for P C magazine something like 9 months early.
Now being long in the tooth and short on memory, this sent me scampering around to see if my subscription was due, it's not, not until Oct this year. By my recconning that means I would be paid up until Oct 2018. Like I said, I'm getting long in the tooth, I'll take a year at a time thank you.

Being "cheerful"! -- When you get to a certain age it's perhaps logical/sensible to not pay for anything too far in advance? ----- (Ps -- Don;t know what that age is though?)

Cancelled my subscription, last November, just waiting now to see what freebies I might get to renew the subscription again.

I have no affiliation to this app but it is what I use and it is great for what I need.....

https://gb.readly.com/
includes PC magazine and thousands of others for ยฃ7.99 month.....and you can share with SWMBO so she gets her fix of girly stuff and the kids / grandkids for their favourite comics......

I'll stand corrected but I think an outside agency does all the renewals for Haymarket.
Maybe Lord Hezza is hardup ๐Ÿ˜›

I've done the same as EH52ARH for the same reason,,,they've had a couple of good offers that I can't have so I've cancelled and will buy from the papershop 'till a good freebie is offered.

I'm not tight I'm a careful christian.
