Believe it or not we were with Talktalk and moved to BT (back) to get Tv package, have had no problem with either. (That's if you discount the green box being demolished by a car a year or two back!) Ps there is no Virgin(s) in our village!

The BT poles in our road (cul-de-sac) are on the outside of the pavement near the kerb, so a few weeks ago whilst a builder's lorry was reversing half on and half off the pavement the post didn't show in his wing mirrors. 😗 The pole ended up about 20 degrees off vertical and ripped the wires off several houses (not ours luckily). No phone connections for several houses for about 4 days until one team replaced the pole, another team retarmaced the pavement, a third team of linesmen replaced wires and a fourth team reconnected the houses. Even facia boards were pulled off a couple of houses. :evil:
