Watch out Peter, he might want his awning put up :0)

There are some nice places to visit not far from Wolvo.

The Severn Valley, the Vale of Evesham, the Welsh borders and the Derbyshire Peak District are all within the distance that you could tow on a Friday night after work for a weekend break so that it was still light when you arrived.

I've been trying to contact you by email but my email is getting bounced back.

Are your log in details correct or have you got problems with your email?

not the norm,i have helped many with there awning and they in turn have helped me,the last time was at blackpool but for the man in the next van our awning would have been on the roof for sure.one young guy at york managed to erect his awning with the full frame showing at the front of the awning(first trip).i took it down and put it back up also provided the pegs and guide ropes he did not have.i have found caravanners the most friendly folk ever.must add he came back with new pegs and ropes and a bottle of wine, and we made new friends.

sorry premature submit damn mouse will have to get a new one glad it is not in the van :O)

as I was saying your experience is not typical peter most caravanners will still help if it is obvious that the newbie "I use the term loosly to describe anyone in dificulties" is having trouble setting up.

Yes there are those who just watch the fiasco from behind the curtains in the national pastime of people watching but thats another subject.

I BET they needed their awnings putting up, as after that monsoon, the ground must have been really boggy. I bet they didn't want wet, muddy dogs in a van, far better to put them in the awning.

You must have done an impressive job putting up your awning, otherwise, I doubt they'd have asked you to put theirs up for them.

Hi Peter,

Greetings from Northampton ( not a million miles away ).

Definately not the norm. Sounds like you have aquired a fan club judging by the requests for you to erect their awnings.
