Isabella Carbon X Poles

Does anyone know where to get the small clip that retains the elastic connector for joining two poles together. One of the connectors has broken and the clip is missing, I have got replacement connectors but can't find anywhere that stocks the clip.
I imagine you would have to buy a new pole as I doubt Isabella supply these parts.
Would appreciate any help, cheers.

I think what you need is on page 7; the clip for the elastic "band" is formed as part of the end fitting 900060246 ??
