I seem to remember reading somewhere that Isabella have a repair shop in this country?? I need a new window, local place will do the repair but they only have plain window material and not the paterned one. Thank you.

They were exceptionally helpful to me some years back.
 
Isabella contacted the company on my behalf and a Mr Larkin phoned me to make arrangements for desbatching for repair.If only all the companies were this efficient, if only. Postage will be courier service door to door
