What Towcar will be no good for older cars, as you have probably found out already - I have a 96 Trooper and the data is on a plate on the engine bulkhead - hope this helps. Of course it's in the hand book too but if you had a book you wouldn't be asking the question would you.

Update - Neil during underbonet checks today realised plate is on front crossmember not bulkhead - yours should be too I would guess. It gives weights for GVW GCW and both axles - my 3.1 LWB is combined axle weight of 2800KG and yours should be circa - maybe more.

update 2 - just shot the proofreader - mine should be SWB, hence your LWB may be higher.
