Italy 2006 - Different Location

Having read the thread about Lake Garda and all the really useful information how about Venice.

France and Spain for lots of years but never to Italy before so next year its time to do something different.

Looking at Garden Paradiso but all suggestions welcomed.

Are either/both of these sites suitable for 7.5m. van (with mover) and not likely to pitch you so close to the neighbours that you can share food without leaving your seat ?
