Jeep Compass/Patriot

Seen a couple lately and the Compass can town up to 1500kg/Patriot 1425kg. Wondered if anyone had any experience/views. What are Jeeps like in general? Many thanks

Most people I talk to with Jeeps reckon they are more than capable. The biggest gripe seems to be the depreciation from new. So a second hand one should be good value.

MPG seems good from what I saw - I hope its not showing US gallons! Might have to look into it further. Thanks
