Jockey Wheel

Does anyone have knowledge as to the height different jockey wheels give beteen the losest and highest position.

I am experiencing difficulty with my Senator Arizona Series 5 in that at home my caravan is secured to a hitch post but the difference in height between the hitch post and the tow ball on my Sedona means that the jockey wheel does not have the margin to actually bring down the coupling down to the hitch post which means that I have to loosen the jockey wheel clamp and let the coupling drop the last couple of inches on to the hitch post and if the clamp did not secure the jockey in a true perpendicular things get even more problematic. I was therefore wondering if there are other jockey wheels that can be used on the ALKO chassis that would give more height for raising and lowering than the standard one.
