We've a bit of a gap during July/August where we haven't anywhere booked. We liked the idea of the site at Gwern y Bwlch, Llanbrynmair but have been dithering incase we found somewhere else. The latest issue of the CC magazine made our minds up for us because it's got an article on the site. People might like the look of it and by the time we had decided it would be full so we've just booked two weeks.
All we need is somewhere to relax, read, take the dogs for a walk etc. and this site has forest trails from the site plus a dedicated dog walk. It sounds ideal and hopefully the weather will be nice at that time of year despite this being Wales. I appreciate that food shopping isn't ideal, the nearest supermarket being 20 miles away but as long as we take enough for the first couple of days plus my Stella all will be fine
