Our caravan still under warranty but I don't think that will be covered so on Wednesday we have the AWS Caravan engineer to do a habitation service and some extras been out today got this Soudal FIX ALL Crystal super clear just in case he hasn't got any ,look at it on the outside of window not gone through it . what do you think? Before we go home would like to get Isabella Awning up .
 
That’s a shame BB Strange place? Probably someone has hit it whilst assembling the awning poles.

But. Is it possible someone using a strimmer on your seasonal threw up a stone? Too hard to prove. Best go with your engineer and glue it. A lot cheaper than a new one.
 
If it isn’t covered by warranty and you can do a satisfactory repair so water doesn’t get between the panes, then I wouldn’t worry about it. Get the awning up once AWS has been. A new window is expensive unless you can source one from a breaker.
