Does anybody know anything about these Swedish caravans? They appear to be quality vans, made for winter use and I think that most models are made in 2 widths. Non of the articles I have read are in English but this is what I gleaned.
I don't know anyone who's got one but judging by test reports that I have read, they are of very high quality and suitable for camping in the harshest winters. Yes, they come in standard (2.30m) and king size (2.50m) widths. The fact that they are so solidly built shows in their weights which start at an MTPLM of 1500kg (most single axle models are 1600kg). They are very expensive.
I've only ever seen one from close quarters at a caravan show. It certainly made a good impression. Underfloor heating appears to be standard feature on all Kabe caravans.
I know of a dealer here in Germany selling a new 2004 model Emerald 520XL as a special offer for 24900_ (about ₤16600).
