Kenlowe oil cooler

Hello, posted a few questions over the last few weeks about auto gearbox oil coolers.

Have fitted a kenlowe to the radiator, but looking in the instructions yesterday it says do not fit to radiator on cars with air conditioning.

Can anyone shed light why this is, as i am now struggling to fit it any where else.
 
Hi,

I think that it is because it will place too much load on the radiator which will have engine, g/box and a/c cooling. A better approach might have been to go foran extra fan on the radiator. My Kia has two fans, one a viscous one, the other an electric.
