Yourself - maybe, depends to what 'standard' they used to calculate kerbweight

Partner - no
awning - no
heavy equipment - no

but all the 'no's are included in max weight.

Derek.
In a nutshell NO.
Skoda spend millions so we must assume they know what they are talking about regarding weights.
Do you have a caravan of a certain MTPLM you'd like to tow with the Skoda??

Of cause you can add those on to get a total weight, but any ratio calculated uses kerb weight and caravan MTPLM.

85% ratio is recommended for newbies, but with experience up to 100% is ok.

Another factor to consider is power to weight ratio, in plain language is the car powerful enough to ensure a relaxing tow.

I tow just over 90% with no dramas, but with a car rated to tow a lot more, 2000kg for my car. Another factor to consider is the towing limit for your car.

I realise I have given you more than you asked for but I'm guessing this was the direction you was looking at.

In my Skoda handbook it states very clearly the cars kerbweight includes the EU 75kg, 90% tank of fuel and driver, for my car 1,495kg, which is the same weight on my V5C document as mass in service. What you then put in the car is payload, passengers, load, roof load, noseweight on tow ball and for me the dealer fit towbar and optional steel spare wheel, not in the mass in service. My towing ratio is 82% based on mass in service and caravan MTPLM, looking at another van which would take me to just over 90%, my tow limit is 1,600kg other variants are less.
The plated GVW is 2095kg, GTW 3695kg
