Kitchen sink water tap tightening?

Hi, my kitchen tap has become very loose. My question is how do I tighten it? Do I try to remove the sink complete or remove the fridge as the tap is above and behind the fridge? I have the rear kitchen configuration.
Any advice welcome,
Thanks

Hi Pip, welcome.
I don't know what van you've got, so this is just general advice.
Since the sink (and tap) are on top of the fridge, you might find the easiest (well, least difficult!) access could be from outside, by removing the top vent grill.
BUT you'll need to reseal it when you put it back, and on some models there will be a flue pipe that's a bit fiddly to get back in properly.

Thank you very much for all you help....I could get in through the back there was a piece of wood in the way... I ended up taking the sink out and putting a second nut on the thread to stop it coming undone again... thanks for all you help.
