Kojak jacking brackets

Just fitted a couple of Kojak jacking brackets very simple to do if you don't mind getting down on your back, a couple of bolts on each side but why make the two holes on the bracket Oval, if you do it on your own it is a sod to keep the brackets square,

Those Al-ok ones are cra#. Good decision with the purple line. Sadly whilst their brackets are robust their jacks failed early on. Poor seals.
I had to reposition one of the waste pipes but otherwise it went well. :cheer:

I have a nice little bottle jack that fits nicely in to the bracket, I like those two levels just hope the brackets are true. sat finder arrived today the write up said it should be easy to use 'They're having a laugh', just glad there is an instructional dvd on You Tube.

Can't see the point of the spirit level bubbles, I just use the brackets to jack the caravan, Dusty not the early ones that are Cra#p the New Alko brackets are the same as the kojack ones.

The Alko 1000 kg brackets are similar to Kojak but the 800 kg ones are the L-shaped units.

Those Kojak brackets look ok to me I have not heard of them collapsing like ALKO brackets, just wish I still had my welding rig I would of knocked myself a set up,

They are learning at last ๐Ÿ˜— clearly my originals were under rated for a caravan MTPLM of 1700 kgs ๐Ÿ˜ฑhmy:

Ah but DD now your at Fat Busters you don't need the stronger brackets. :woohoo:

Mr Hutch, I think the point of those spirit levels is to assist in levelling the caravan, if they don't work for me I will remove them and save a bit of weight, ๐Ÿ™‚
