Lafuma FRS v Camp 4 Venezia chairs

Hopefully someone will come up trumps and help me with this one.

I'm looking to buy a pair of lightweight reclining chairs and have come across the Lafuma FRS and Camp 4 Venezia chairs both currently on offer at Riversway Leisure. I looked at Towsure's own version of this type chair at the NEC and thought they were quite comfortable.

Does anyone own these chairs and if so, how do you find them?

Martin.

We had 2 lamfuma chairs foryears and they were brilliant - when a bar went on one chair the model had changed designed (as I said we'd had it some yeras by then) so although they do spare part, this part was no longer in stock. So we bought very simalar chairs, but sadly after just a few months the material had slipped, all chair feet had got lost, and the arm/back adjustment slipped resulting in several drinks down fronts...

When I buy again , I'd have lafuma....

We had a similar dilema and spent AGES at Riversway looking, sitting, reclining, bouncing on each and every chair, then doing it all again, several times.

Eventually, having gone arond the store and spending another 120 quid on `essentials` (which I wasn`t aware that we needed but SWMBO obviously had other ideas), we went back and did the sitting etc. routine again, finally settling on Gelert (I think thats right) purely on comfort. The fact they are light, sturdy and are only 6cms when folded is a bonus, but my backside felt more comfortable in those than any of the others, and at the end of the day isn`t that what it`s all about?

If you want to know which is `best`, you`ll have to try them.

Hi George,

Yes those are the type of chairs that I'm after. The nearest shop to me is in Stockport so I will probably have a trip out to look at them.

Thanks.

Martin.
