I have a pair Lafuma reclining chairs which are about 3 yrs old but only been used a few times, on one them the locking mechanism does not hold the chair in its set postion when locked off.
Can anyone offer a possible fix solution as I dont think you can buy spares other than a full armrest.
Many thanks in anticipation of your replies

Same thing happened to one of our two and I bought another to replace it. I have had spinal surgery and we bought them because they're the only type of chairs that, due to construction, can't suddenly collapse under you. So far the new one is ok, but it's good to know lafuma will sort problems out if any occur in the future.

Not cheap, heavy but spares readily available and so comfortable. Ours are over 10 years old and the lock is not as good as it once was, so I would be interested to hear what Lafuma recommend to you.

We went for the Dukdalf chairs instead and after 5 years of very heavy use they are as good as the day we bought them.
