Has anyone any suggestions for sites in this region in September?

Just myself and the better half, only "Must have" is a pool for her to swim in after being out and about all day.

Hi Steve, not sure if you like coastal or inland. If inland have a look at this www.moulindesainteanne.com.

We stayed there looking for houses. In September it could be very quiet and certainly no need to book. It is in the Caravan Club Europe 1 book under Carcassonne.

If you like the coast try "La Nautique" Narbonne. Dutch owned friendly site with excellent facilities including your own private bathroom on pitch. Lovely pool, restaurant and bar.

Ten minutes drive to Narbonne Plage, plenty to do and see in the region. I will be staying there again late September on the way down to Spain.

Try Le Serignan plage (www.leserignanplage.com), its right on a nice beach with a good pool. We have been there twice and really enjoyed it.
