laptop tv

I use a laptop as a tv, dvd player, mp3 player and a pc.

I use a WinTV usb device, which picks up all the freeview channels as well, so you can always find a channel to keep the kids amused. 15" screen is much the same size as most of the LCD TV's for sale in the caravan stores.

The pc is handy for AutoRoute, especially with all the CC and C&CC sites overlay on it.

Agree with Gavin.....Started out with this when we first vanned, you will NOT get the same quality picture that you get with a proper TV, if you don't put extra speakers on the laptop you will get shallow sound as well.

The WIN TV USB is your best optionif you go this route, though remember the old saying 'jack of all trades, master of none'....that your laptop.

Buy an LCD TV thats what you will end up with
