Hi, going to this site in August and must admit can't wait, has anyone been or have any comments about it.

Went last year and loved it. Site is alongside a beach which has excellent rock pools. "The best ever" as the kids described it. Sandy beach around 3km which is patrolled excellently by Le Baywatch, and that is excellent for bodyboarding. Not a lot immediately around, but Les Sables d'Olonnes is just up the road. Recommend Les Halles which is an indoor seafood market. Excellent market on Saturdays at Talmont St Hilaire. Weather is excellent (normally) as they have their own micro climate. Even with the poor summer last year, we only saw rain two days. Typical was 22/23 degrees and sunny, but often warmer. Site iself very good, with good entertainment.

Thanks for you reply neil, i was beginning to think no one had ever been there and i had made a mistake by booking it.
