leaking in toilet compartment door.

Hello friends, We have a Swift Challenger 530. 08 model. For the past few weeks have noticed that during heavy rain the toilet compartment is full of water, hence it,s developed somewhere a leak. Could it be that the door seal is now worn or faulty ? Can anyone help us with this problem. Or had a simular experience. Erica.

Hi Erica, we had a similar thing in our 2005 Bailey Pageant. There was a huge 'wet locker' tray under the bed, accessible from an exterior door. One day we realised it wasn't just wet in there, but sloshing around, 2 inches deep! They never did manage to make the door watertight, but solved the problem by putting a plughole in the plastic tray

Had this problem on a 2008 Challenger 480. The catches were too slack. By this I mean the door closed easily and wasn't compressing the seal enough. The catches were adjusted and now the door needs a good push to let the catches click shut and the problem is solved.

thanks guys for your info, going to try catches as this maybe cause if not then door seals will need replacing . Good job under warranty.
