Yes, The overall length includes the A Frame If you look in the Handbook it will be called Shipping Length, This is also the Length you will need to quote to Ferry Companies when making a booking.

Richard, I too sometimes wonder which of the two lengths they want, so always give them the shipping length which includes the A frame.

Certainly as regards ferry travel this is the length they base the price on.
