Level Caravan when in storage?

If my caravan is in storage (either for a short period of a few weeks or a longer period), is there any point in levelling it?

I would assume not, but my first year of caravan learning indicated not to assume anything 🙂

I always stored mine either nose up or down to aid draining. But as we are now on a seasonal site the van was left level over the 4 month winter close down. We went there last week and all is well. 😊

Have always stored our caravans nose up so water runs off the back. As there are no window openings at rear just a solid back panel there is less area for water to find its way in and easier to keep clean. Water running down the front around the 3 windows, more seals for water to find and more trouble cleaning muck out around them.

Nose down for me as I'm yet to have a caravan where the front locker remains bone dry during the rain and I'd sooner not have any water in there running backwards towards the caravan floor.
