Levelling

I spent last weekend on a local site where the ground had had a bit of a soaking earler in the week. I needed to level the van both ways. Fore to aft, no problem. Side to side i needed to use a levelling ramp. Put the ramp in place and then tried using the mover to move the van. Result, van shews off to the side where the ramp was. Any advice to prevent this or should I be more aware of something.

Its a bit heart stopping isnt it? Basically, just use your 'left/right' buttons in conjunction with the forward/backward ones a bit at a time. For example if the van slews left, just inch it back right a little on the ramp - after a while you get the hang of it and its easy.

You could also use a chock on the opposite wheel.
