Lexus IS200, Can it tow ???

I am wanting to buy a caravan and have an IS200,

Can anyone confirm if it can tow or will I need to change car, I really dont want to as I love the Lex.

Any feedback from Lex owners would be great.
 
Had one for 3 yrs and it spent more time in the garage than ANY car I have ever owned.

However, according to What tow car the towing limit is 1200 kg. Not much for a straight 6 2000cc car

Sorry to hear you have had problems with the car, mine has been fine and I always thought they had bullet proof reliability.

Have you towed with yours or has it not been on the road long enough ?

yes but just a trailer as it was not suitable for a caravan with a family of 4.
