Lidl / Silvercrest 65 Satellite Quality

I have one of the Lidl / Silvercrest sets and all works fine except I really struggle with certain channels including ITV - the strength of the signal is ok but the quality hovers around the 60% mark. Any ideas how to get this higher ? Has anyone else had the same problem - doesn't matter where we are.

You could try turning the LNB so as you look at the fromt of the dish it looks like it is pointing at 5 past 7 O'clock. This sometimes works.
