Anyone any ideas re lightweight awning for senator Indianna, easily errected as new to all this please?

We quite like our Tech Lite 1 (made by outdoor revolution). Only one pole, easy to put up and a good size as these things go. We got it from riversway leisure ebay shop which, strangely was cheaper than the main riversway web page. Don't know if it will fit your van but if you go on outdoor revolutions web site you will get all the specs.

Check out this website for an awning that can be put up and taken down in a few minutes. It can also be packed away still attached to the caravan rail. The manufacturer says it takes 2 minutes, but in reality it does take longer but is still a great item, very light too.
