strugle to get any hotel for dec 3/4 for christmas fare

We went about 5 years ago. The CC Lincoln centre was holding a rally on the field next to ythe park and ride. This was the good bit. However, the christmas fayre was wall to wall people, so bad that you could not get near the stalls and you had to walk them in a particular one way route with long stretches between stalls to "thin out" the crowds. Never again.
