Hi,a little history on my caravan before i start my rant.Caravan is a sterling europa 550 2 yrs old, bought from a,brill dealership.Caravan before that adria, bought from same dealer. Here's my dilema, this dealer is 100 mile round trip, got a different dealer on my door step,swift/sterling dealer 2mins from front door.Got caravan serviced last year, fine.Went for service this morning, handed over keys, any problems was asked,a couple my replie was, still under warranty YES.This is where things go pear shaped, front windows have what seems like a flaw in them,a gas hob not working, and a little issue with front chest table. Before i could hand keys over the manager comes forward, warranty claim did you say,buy the caravan here,if you didn't not intrested in doing warranty work, too busy,we only get £20 per hr from swift not worth our while, when we get £40 elsewhere.Well i was flabbergasted!,i replied you are a swift dealer ship,so the guy replied, amazed at this guy's arrogance, also added i've got plenty of customers don't need warranty work, wonder what SWIFT group has to say about this guy.If that's there attitude i'am going back to adria,ps i'll be getting my work done at supplying dealer 100 mile round trip, what that when your'e treated with manners and courtesy.Oh and the guy's name (Mod Note: Name removed),remember manners cost you nothing, customers BEWARE!!!!!!!!! ...
