Locker door security.

Hi All,

Bought an Ace Jubilee, great van, but was concerned about the security of the "locker/garage " door at the backend where the bunks are.

The door can be very easly prised open, with little or no effort, and was wondering is there any additional items that can be fitted to make it more secure.

Would it be possible to pop rivet a cranked barrel bolt to the door, that would catch the frame.

Any ideas please.

If the van is new, or under warranty take it back to the dealer and demand they fix it. If that requires a security lock then let them do it. Also talk to Swift and see what they suggest.

If it is an old van then depending on age anything up to a padlock and hasp could be used.
