Log in issue

Why do we have to log in every time we view the site? Why can't we be remembered for the next time? Also replies to a subject can be confusing especially when doing a reply which takes you back to your posted reply when all you want to do is move onto the next topic.

Until this last week, I haven't visited this forum for a long time. Frankly, I got fed up with replying topics, then waiting until next day only to find that a dozen other members had replied in the same vein. Just by chance did I find the forum completely changed. And what a change! Congratulations! But now I must agree with Ian. Why do we need to login at each visit?

Have to agree with Ian & John it's a pain when you want to comment and have to log in. In fact occasionally I've just not bothered, particularly if I'm just browsing & chilling out. There must be others that feel the same?

Once you close down your browser, you are logged off.
