LOGGING ON AND ON AND ON AND ON

This has been mentioned before and repotedly referred to the techies BUT it really is a bind on this site to have to continually LOG ON

I am exhausted by the effort so am off to Brittany for 4 weeks to recover.

Wouldn't it be nice to get back to a LOG ON free zone

Still a great site and appreciated

I am surprised that the PC web designers haven' got this one sorted yet, it really is quite simple.

Normally, when you log onto a discussion board that requires registration, the website automatically puts a cookie onto your computer. The cookie is quite harmless - it's a friendly cookie - and it simply 'remembers' who you are and what your log-in details are. As long as the cookie stays on your computer, you are always logged in, even if you turn your computer off at the end of the day. You can always 'log out' or delete the cookies on your computer if you no longer want to be logged in.

The team at PC have got a terrific discussion board here and with just a little bit of tweaking, it could be even better.
